Not sure why this location has so little stars. It is one of the best locations, they ALWAYS get my order right and it is ALWAYS ready when my app says it will be. Staff is always friendly and they always greet their guests even the ones that come in to pick up their mobile orders like me. I love how they actually give me extra foam on my coke brews when I ask for it, other locations never do what I ask for
Drive thru line moved pretty quick but even faster and better is the service if you order in store. I've been going to the Starbies at the Village but got fed up with 30+ minute wait times. Went twice this weekend and both times I was in and out of the store in 5(!) minutes including ordering (a sandwich, dessert and latte). Also the baristas are very friendly. Will only go here from now on.
Place: I would rate this a 4/5 place to study as well. I really enjoy Starbucks to study. This place is good study! Highly recommend Service: The service is good! I usually do the mobile order so I get the order pretty quick! I usually get the cold brew :) I am not avid coffee drinker because I get headaches sometimes but sips of cold brew is pretty good :) Food/price: The drink for the price is your average starbucks $5 usually. Another favorite if I am feeling extra is the matcha green tea frappe! It is so good but I try not to drink too cold drinks esp in the MI winter months :( Audience: Good for study groups! Recommend/tips? I would recommend and try the mobile app if you don't want to wait too long.
Wow! I always order a Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher. It is my go to drink. The only thing I really get from Starbucks. Even though I specify my drink, I usually get a mistake. Like too much ice or not enough classic. Even sometimes it tastes really watery. Well, we got three refreshers today. One of mine and two strawberry acai refreshers. Just wow. They taste amazing. I yelled at my sister to not drive off like she usually does, because my drinks always have an issue. I took a sip of this and it is filled with flavor. Perfect classic. Perfect amount of ice. It isn't watered down. You can tell they added more of the juice instead of water, which is usually what happens. My sister tried hers and agreed that it tasted amazing. We conplimented the girl at the window and they thanked us. They are a fun bunch. My sister had her music on a little too loud. I kept telling her to turn it down to not be rude. The ladies instead smiled and laughed, and even one did a little mini sway dance. It was fun. I can tell that they work well as a team. When you see coworkers working together happy, that's how you know things will turn out amazing. When we are in this area for work again, we will come again!
I just got a massage and adjustment at the Chiropractors office. So the hubby, his bestie and I decided to get a little something to energize us up. So we walk to this spot since its just on the opposite end of the parking lot. All I wanted was a regular croissant to give me a bit of blood sugar cause I was definitely crashing by that time. The hubby orders his regular Caramel Mac extra dirty. Taste just like a caramel mac. The shop was very nice, it was clean, well lit and well kept. The barristas are really nice and we definitely had a pretty good experience. I would definitely come back and puchase coffee or croissant again here if given the chance.
